The linguists who own The Language Lab and Language Matters developed strong professional relationships over the years. On occasion, we would also join forces on large projects because we worked so well together. Eventually, we recognized that we would be stronger and more effective as one company.

In March 2011, The Language Lab and Language Matters officially became TransLingua. We're still the same people, working out of the same offices. But together, we are expanding our resources and staff to help all of our clients communicate more effectively in more than 80 languages.
